Marjukka’s departure was agreed in mutual understanding, and I personally want to wish her good luck in any opportunities she may encounter in the future,” says Simon Hallqvist.

”I want to thank Machinery’s all employees, the Board and the owners,” says Marjukka Virkki, ”This has been a fine journey together. The ship sails on even if the crew changes. What I will miss the most is the spectacular team and the spirit of cooperation!”

”I have a strong faith in the future of Finnish industries, and Machinery is in an excellent position as a promoter of the Finnish manufacturing industry. Machinery has all that is required: dominance in the marketplace, solid, demanding customers, fantastic partners and products, and a highly competent team. This is an interesting and challenging job for me. We have still much to do and have the ability to achieve a great deal in harnessing the full potential of our company.
