We have a history of over a hundred years. We sell, install, repair, and service various machines and equipment, as well as technical supplies. We deliver tools for metalworking and construction, as well as backup power equipment for various needs.
Our greatest strength is our dedicated and skilled staff. For example, we have salespeople who have previously worked as technicians and therefore have exceptional knowledge of the machines. We offer a wide range of quality brand products and can take care of the equipment throughout its lifecycle.
Our customers range from small to large companies in all industrial and construction sectors, as well as private and public sector entities. Our offices are located in Vantaa and Tampere. In total, we employ about 90 people.

Since March 2021, Boreo’s operations have been organized into three business areas:
Electronics – a business area consisting of businesses engaged in the distribution of professional electronic components. These companies represent world-leading principals in Finland, Russia, and the Baltic countries. They provide warehousing and logistics services, as well as technical sales services to principals and customers. The brands within this business area include Yleiselektroniikka, YE International, Noretron Komponentit, Milcon, Infradex, Signal Solutions Nordic (SSN), Delfin Technologies.
Technical Trade – a business area consisting of businesses engaged in technical trade, representing well-known principals in power transmission, metalworking, and construction in Finland. The brands within this business area include Machinery, Muottikolmio, Pronius, J-Matic, Filterit.
Heavy Machines – a business area that includes Putzmeister and Sany representations in Finland, Sweden, and Estonia. These businesses serve customers in the concrete and construction industries in Finland, Sweden, and Estonia. The brands within this business area include PM Nordic, Tornokone, HM Nordic, Floby Nya Bilverkstad (FNB),Lackmästarn.
In addition to the above-mentioned business areas, Boreo’s organization includes “Other Functions,” which encompasses logistics and courier services provided by ESKP (=Etelä-Suomen Kuriiripalvelut ja Teitteam). ESKP operates in the Finnish and Baltic markets. Other functions also include Vesterback Transport.
